With the recent massive success of his ‘wichcraft sandwich shops and ‘wichcraft cookbook, Chef Tom Colicchio is at the top of his game.  Diners everywhere are waiting anxiously to see what his next move will be, eager to sop up every juicy bit.  In light of that, we’d like to tell you about one of his most popular ongoing promotions.  We originally thought that most people knew.  Still, it is worth a notable mention.

Colicchio’s craftsteak restaurants are currently dubbing the fronts of their dining rooms “halfsteaks,” and are serving up small plates, sandwiches, “small pots,” and even half orders of his delicious steaks, with each menu item priced at under $15 dollars.  Shrewd move, right?  In addition to filling your tummy at an amazing price, the “halfsteak” menu also includes half pints, half cocktails, and small desserts to seal the deal.
