Today’s posts are all related to fun, festive food – the kind of food that is great for kids’ birthday parties… or for kids-at-heart! Happy birthday, by the way, to my own kid sister!
Now, when you talk about kids’ birthdays, a natural progression is to touch upon the topic of picky eating. We all know picky eaters; Many of them are children, but some are adults who never grew out of the annoying rut. They are the ones who won’t eat tomatoes, won’t eat onions, won’t eat anything out of the ocean or anything that remotely resembles the animal the dish used to be.

Don’t invite Morrissey to your birthday party.
No herbs. No dark meat. No bones. They sniff their food before they’ll touch it. Their idea of eating through the orient is limited to 3 items on Wok Run’s express menu. Basically… eating with these folks means McDonald’s french fries and the occasional fro-yo topped with gummi bears.
Well, aside from being about kids’ party foods, today’s posts also feature the sweet, the fluffy, the colorful… the kind of treats that won’t likely to hear a “nay” from anybody! Stay tuned for all the sticky yumminess your body can take! Recipes and reviews comin’ up!
