The Orange County Beer Festival is this Sunday, August 30th, from 2 to 5pm, at Irvine Lake in Santiago (map). The festival, hosted by DrinkEatPlay, will showcase approximately 90 breweries. You will be able to sample suds from lots of artisans who hone their craft both locally and abroad.

UCLA’s Fowler Museum of Cultural History just kicked off a new exhibit called “Steeped in History: The Art of Tea.” The exhibit, presented by Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, is curated by Beatrice Hohenegger, author of Liquid Jade: The Story of Tea from East to West.
